For those of you who are fortunate enough to know Jill and Zac you know that I cannot say enough kind thing about them as a couple or them as individuals. Their love is genuine and being around them simply puts a smile on your face! Their wedding ceremony was actually rained out! All the guests were seated and had to run back to the reception hall where the ceremony ended up taking place. The smile never left Jills face and all she could talk about was how she just couldn’t wait to see her new husband! This wedding was designed almost entirely by her mom and all her bridesmaids and friends helped out with all the decor. Simple garden like flowers and hand made signs tied their wedding together perfectly for this beautiful wedding at Adaumont Farm in Trinity, NC.
After dinner and the first dance, we went back out for a few more photos while the sun was on its way down…Always one of my favorite times to spend with the couple!
This empty field was the perfect backdrop to get a feel for the grounds and for Jill and Zac to have a few moments to themselves, not to mention this gorgeous rainbow off in the distance!
At the end of the reception some of the guests let off these giant sky lanterns that act like miniature hot air balloons. The full moon (actually “super moon”) was so beautiful that night, what a great send off!

Lisa and Jeff came down to Topsail Island (a place with lots of sentimental meaning to them) and rented an awesome beach house for their reception. They wanted a memorable evening and just hoped everyone had a great time so they included an onsite sushi chef, a light up pool cover that made for a perfect dance floor, a s’more bar and even had glow stick necklaces passed out towards the later part of the evening! Kickstand Events made sure the details we nothing short of wonderful (as you can see by the first image below) and it defiantly was a night to remember!

Lisa and Jeff, I had so much fun! You guys made me feel at home the entire day! Thanks for everything and congratulations!
Meet Victoria and Stuart! They kept in touch for 9 years after meeting at a student leadership conference in DC back in high school! They attended rival colleges (Boston College and Virginia Tech) but managed to fall in love despite their “differences” after Stuart paid her a long awaited visit in NYC one Christmas. The rest is history! In this quick post you will see some of the highlights from their wedding back in March!

I teamed up with the Kickstand Events, Hannah Lynne over at Beauty Bar and Pomp to dream up this pretty inspiration shoot at Airle Gardens. If you are familiar with Airlie you know I need say nothing else. If not, have a look and consider having your wedding there if you are still in the market for a venue. It is beautiful!
